Rule 8 - Language of the register

1. The register platform shall be provided in English, French and German.

2. Irrespective of translations filed by the parties or ordered by the Court, written pleadings and other documents, including written evidence, shall be entered in the register in the language of the proceedings unless the Court or the Rules of Procedure provide otherwise. (Ref.: R. 7 RoP)
