Rule 54 - Recording of information on legal aid

1. The Deputy-Registrar shall record in the case file any order or decision of the Court of First Instance pertaining to legal aid.

2. He shall ensure the confidentiality of the proceedings on legal aid in the case file, in accordance with the Rules of Procedure. (Ref.: R. 379 RoP)
