Rule 22 - Assistance with the preparation of the budget

1. The Registrar shall assist the Presidium with the preparation of the draft budget of the Court and of any amending or supplementing budgets. (Ref.: Art. 26 and 30 of the Statute, Art. 21 and 28 of the Financial Regulations (F.R.))

2. The Registrar shall furnish all the supporting documents required for the drafting of the budget. (Ref.: Art. 32 F.R.)
