Rule 21 - Staff recruitment

After the end of the transitional period under Article 83 of the Agreement, the Registrar shall be responsible for the recruitment of staff for the Registry, in accordance with the Staff Regulations. (Ref.: Art. 37(1), 83 UPCA)
