Rule 154 – Compensation for costs of witnesses

Where the Court has ordered the deposit of a sum sufficient to cover the expenses of a witness in accordance with Rule 180.2 or of a party’s expert in accordance with Rule 181, compensation may be requested for payments made by the Registry towards the expenses incurred by a witness or an expert.
