Rule 56 - Case file entries

The Deputy-Registrar shall make all entries in the case files of proceedings brought before the Court of First Instance and shall ensure that said case files are complete and accurate recordings of the proceedings. The Deputy-Registrar may rely on the entries in the electronic case management system of the court made by the parties. (Ref.: Art. 25.3(a) of the Statute)
