Rule 43 - Service

The Deputy-Registrar shall ensure the service and supply of written pleadings, documents and any other items, as well as decisions and orders of the Court of First Instance, are in accordance with the Rules of Procedure and that they comply with the applicable data protection requirements and provisions.
