Rule 31 - Contributions

1. The Registrar shall invite the Contracting Member States to make their contributions and advances, in accordance with the Agreement. (Ref.: Art. 36 and 37 UPCA)

2. The Registrar shall collect and keep a record of all contributions and advances to the Court from the Contracting Member States. (Ref.: Art. 36 and 37 UPCA, and Art. 6-13 F.R.)

3. The Registrar shall prepare quarterly statements setting out the contributions and advances made by, and the outstanding contributions and advances due from, the Contracting Member States, in accordance with Rule 23(2)(c). (Ref.: Art. 12(3) F.R.)
