Rule 11 - The Deputy-Registrar

1. The general duties of the Deputy-Registrar shall be to organise the activities of the sub-registries, under the authority of the Registrar and the President of the Court of First Instance, to provide administrative and secretarial assistance to the divisions of the Court of First Instance and to provide support for the proceedings before the Court of First Instance. (Ref.: Art. 25 of the Statute)

2. The office of the Deputy-Registrar shall be set up at the seat of the central division of the Court of First Instance. (Ref.: Art. 25(3)-(4) and 35(5) of the Statute)
