Article 105 - Invalidity Decisions

1. An Invalidity Division shall be responsible for taking decisions in relation to applications for declarations of invalidity of registered EU designs.

2. An Invalidity Division shall consist of three members. At least one of the members must be legally qualified.

3. Decisions relating to costs or to procedures shall be taken by a single member of the Invalidity Division.
