After a little more than 1 year since the inception of the Unified Patent Court, more than 300 UPC orders and decisions have been published on IP-Portal with summaries and hyperlinks in the IPPT-pdf-format and listed under the relevant articles of the UPC Agreement and rules of the Rules of Procedure
Calls for a little celebration and it looks like the second year and the next 300 judgments will be even more interesting with more substantive patent law rulings in the making. We at IP-PorTal certainly enjoy our front row seats and look forward to sharing the experience with our audience.
