UPC CFI LD Mannheim, 22 July 2024: panel confirms confidentiality case management order judge rapporteur

Application for panel review of Rule 262A RoP case management order admissible but unsuccessful (Rule 333 RoP). 

The three persons named by the applicants were rightly not excluded in the order of 3 July 2024 from access to the information to be classified as confidential on the functioning of the contested embodiments.
