Extension of time period for lodging Reply extended by one week until 15 January 2024 (Rule 9 RoP) in two simultaneous and identical orders in two separate infringement proceedings concerning two Philips patents

•    the written reasons for the nullity judgment of the Bundespatentgericht of 9 and 10 August 2023 were only served on 22 December 2023 and a precise analysis of the reasons for the judgment was made difficult by the Christmas holidays. 
•    Furthermore, the shortening of the nullity rejoinder period by one week offered by the plaintiff will not result in any overall delay in the proceedings
