"52. In the light of the foregoing, the answer to the ques-tion referred is that Directives 2000/31, 2001/29 and 2004/48, read together and construed in the light of the requirements stemming from the protection of the ap-plicable fundamental rights, must be interpreted as pre-cluding an injunction made against a hosting service provider which requires it to install the contested filter-ing system."
