Practice
José Antonio is recognised for his litigation capabilities and knowledge of procedural law. He has extensive expertise in IP litigation, in both civil and criminal jurisdictions, covering patents, copyright, trademarks, design rights and unfair competition. He often works with Seiko Epson Corporation in these areas. He is also highly experienced in border control proceedings and parallel importation matters. José Antonio’s practice is not limited to IP: he also has extensive experience in commercial conflict resolution, in particular in cases involving technology issues, breach of contract, contentious contract termination and white collar crime. He has lectured at a number of Master’s Degree courses.
