Practice
Christina Tenbrock has worked as an attorney since 2011 and advises and represents national and international clients on matters of intellectual property, in particular patents, trademarks and unfair competition. One particular area of interest is the law on advertising in the healthcare system, the law regarding pharmaceuticals and medical devices law. Out of court, her work includes delimitation agreements, co-promotion agreements and licence agreements.
During her legal clerkship (Referendariat) with the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf, she worked for several international law firms specializing in intellectual property law, for a German chemical and pharmaceutical multinational company and for the German Embassy in London, Great Britain.
After completing her 2nd State Exam, she further specialized in patent law, trademark law and unfair competition law by completing a postgraduate law degree (LL.M.) in intellectual property law at the Heinrich Heine University of Düsseldorf.
