Practice
Eva Thörner studied law at the Albert Ludwigs University in Freiburg. She began to specialize in intellectual property law during her studies there. After graduating she worked as a research fellow at the chair of economic, labour and social law, dept. IV: intellectual property (Professor Dr. Maximilan Haedicke).
During her legal clerkship with the Court of Appeal of Berlin she continued her specialism inter alia in the field of patent law, working in an international law firm in Düsseldorf and London.
Eva was admitted to the Bar in 2014 and joined the firm in the same year. She is working in the field of intellectual property law.
