AOMB Intellectual Property was established in 1967 and offers full service in the field of intellectual property protection. AOMB has specialized knowledge in all areas of technology, including plant variety.

It offers services in the field of trademarks, designs and IP legal services under the separate Mark Your Brand label.

AOMB has sixs offices in the Netherlands, namely Eindhoven, Rijswijk, Arnhem, Utrecht, Sittard-Geleen and Maastricht. Besides this, it operates in Poland with its subsidiary AOMB Polska, where 20 employees work over four locations.

Together with a German, English and French office, AOMB forms a European alliance in the field op IP called AIPEX. In all major countries AIPEX bundles its IP expertise and capacity to serve large internationally oriented clients, especially in Asia, in their European IP needs.
