Is greatly experienced in advising entrepreneurs and persons with IP-responsibility in the area of intellectual property rights, specialising in trademarks and agreements. Renate Pouw works for clients in various sectors, but predominantly the fashion and food industry.
Thanks to intensive cooperation with colleague-Patent attorneys this is supplemented by companies in other innovation-driven sectors, such as hi-tech materials.
Renate is a team player with a keen awareness of entrepreneurship and with great enthusiasm for the profession. She has a hands-on mentality and an efficient and straightforward approach. Keeping a complete overview for her clients is Renate’s top priority. She always aims to find the balance between an effective IP-portfolio and the position of the entrepreneur in his market.
Due to her legal background, Renate is able to articulate commercial agreements in the IP area into IP-agreements. In addition she has the ability to sit at the other end of the table time after time, which characterises her as an advisor.
Also in her spare time Renate is a team player. She can frequently be found on the hockey field. But also other sports such as skiing and running are among her passions. Furthermore she spend a lot of time on being with family and friends.
