Practice
Hans is commissioned by one of the parties in many patent proceedings before the court of The Hague involving pharmaceutical and chemical companies. His daily work also involves the associated advisory activities and oppositions at the European Patent Office. Hans always derives great satisfaction from gaining a victory in a complex patent case. It does not matter to Hans whether a multinational company or a relatively small player is involved, as he stands by his advice and will argue his case with all his energy in the highest instance.
