Practice
Thomas Misgaiski has worked as an attorney since 2011 and advises German and international clients on various matters relating to intellectual property law. The focus of his work is on national and multi-jurisdictional patent infringement litigation and parallel opposition and nullity proceedings before the European Patent Office and the German Federal Patent Court.
Thomas advises clients in various technical areas, in particular in the fields of telecommunications and information technology, electronics, automotive, mechanical engineering and medical devices.
Thomas studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf, focusing on intellectual property law.
During his legal clerkship for the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf he further concentrated on IP and, more particularly, patent law, working inter alia for German and international law firms in Düsseldorf and Dublin, Ireland.
