Practice
Katharina Frey was admitted to the Bar in 2013. She advises and represents national and international clients in various fields of intellectual property law, in particular in the areas of unfair competition, design and patent law and has gained considerable experience for clients from various sectors, such as consumer goods, cosmetics, medical and pharmaceutical devices.
Katharina studied law at the University of Osnabrück with a focus on intellectual property law.
During her legal clerkship for the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf she worked inter alia for a German media company and for an international leading law firm focusing on intellectual property law, where she continued as a research fellow after her second State Exam.
