Florian Maas was admitted to the Bar in 2014. He advises and represents national and international clients in various fields of intellectual property law. The focus of his work is on patent infringement litigation.
Florian advises clients in various technical areas, in particular in the fields of telecommunications and information technology, mechanical engineering and medical devices.
Florian studied law at the Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and started to specialize in intellectual property law during his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf.
During this time he worked inter alia for a special court for intellectual property matters and for an international law firm in Düsseldorf and London in the field of patent law.
