Gisbert Steinacker is a consultant at Reimann Osterrieth Köhler Haft since Mai 2008. As Presiding Judge of Düsseldorf's patent infringement courts from 1993 until his retirement in 2007 at the patent senate of the Higher Regional Court, he was responsible for the continuous development of reliable case law and many groundbreaking judgements which left their mark on German patent law.
