Sophie is the Managing Partner of HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER's Paris office. She specialises in intellectual property with a particular focus on litigation, including dealings with the French customs authorities. Sophie represents clients in disputes involving patents, trademarks, designs and geographical indications, as well as in unfair and misleading advertising and unfair competition cases. She also has extensive experience in employee invention matters and is recognised for her skills in copyright and advisory work.
