Wouter is specialised in complex (multi-jurisdictional) patent litigation as well as general intellectual property litigation and commercial litigation.
His practice also includes advising on corporate IP issues such as IP aspects of M&A deals, and drafting / negotiating various types of agreements including license agreements, R&D agreements and agreements relating to the transfer of IP rights and know-how.
