Robin is a senior associate at HOYNG ROKH MONEGIER and is involved in all areas of intellectual property law with a focus on patent, trademark and copyright law.
Robin has worked on a number of important cases including Intervet v. Merial regarding the alleged infringement of three of Merial’s patents by Intervet. Robin also represented Abbott in a patent dispute regarding its anti-TNFα product. Bayer asserted that Abbott's product infringed its patent.
