Moritz Schumacher has worked as an attorney since 2010. He advises and represents national and international clients in national und multi-jurisdictional patent infringement litigation proceedings and in the areas of trademarks, designs and unfair competition.
Moritz studied at the University of Cologne. He began specializing in the field of intellectual property while working as a research assistant during his studies. During his legal traineeship, he focused on intellectual property law in a specialized law firm in Düsseldorf and worked in Cape Town, South Africa.
He subsequently practiced for several years in intellectual property law firms advising and representing German and international clients particularly on matters of trademark and unfair competition law.
