Practice
Bastian Selck studied law at the Christian-Albrechts-University of Kiel with a focus on intellectual property and antitrust law. Following his graduation, he earned his Ph.D. with a thesis that compares German and European trademark- and patent law.
During his legal clerkship in the district of the Higher Regional Court Düsseldorf he further focused on patent law, working for an international law firm in Düsseldorf and the German Federal Cartel Office.
Since his admittance to the bar in 2015 he has specialized as an attorney in intellectual property law. He advises clients in various technical areas, in particular in the fields of telecommunications and information technology as well as electronics.
